Haircut was fine but Devan completely butchered my beard. I made it clear I was continuing to grow it out and did not want anything besides some shap...ing and cleaning up the small hairs around my ears. I think I lost 2-3 years of growth as I watched 10-12” hair fall to the ground, my beard is slightly lopsided and I get pissed every time I look in the mirror. Devan can cut hair but listening to what the client wants is way more important! Reply- Keep the money, it’s not about money. Super embarrassing to post pictures but here is the before and after. Im srry you feel that way but i know for a fact i didnt take 12 inches off your beard man. But your obviously unsatisfied so if you want to come back ill happily refund you your money. Im not comfortable making you pay for a service that didnt meet your expectations. You can come whenever you want to get your money back bro and i can refer you to a different barber that suits you better. All love..🕉
