Alma is very professional. She maintains a clean working environment. She is very detailed and informative as well, meaning that she walks you through... the process every step of the way which is very important. Alma reestablished my locs 6 weeks ago and I have never been happier. My new transition with Alma, really made me trust the process even more. I've been loc'd for 3 1/2 years and was blind to the proper technique and care for locs but not anymore thanks to Alma!
