The owner, Zola, is personable and professional a...nd takes pride in making the spa beautiful by having fresh flowers and tastefully decorating. This place is a great find! Super relaxing and they do a great job with your nails! A little on the pricer side but definitely worth it!
Really nice look. But very painful during and after. Sensitive. When she filed them and the cream to dissolve old nails
Went in to get a pedicure today. I'm visiting from out of town so I'm not sure what the average prices are around here but in my opinion my basic pedi...cure with gel(no removal of previous gel) was a great price! $60. I cut my toenails myself & messedddd them up & made them sooo short(way shorter than I prefer them.) so I just knew I was gonna have an ugly pedicure but at my fault. My nail tech did an amazing job at making them look as normal as they possibly could! I honestly thought there was no help for my poor feet. the atmosphere was peaceful & the employees were all relaxed & polite. I'd definitely recommend this place Show more

I have been going here for years and didn't think to write a review until I googled to get the phone # to call to schedule an appointment, and I saw o...nly 3 stars? Are you kidding me? This salon is 10+ stars! They are exceptionally clean, professional, and high quality! Again, I stopped going anywhere else years ago once I discovered Pure Nails! Sure, you can pay a little less going to one of those other places, but no thanks! Pure Nails is the very best! Show more
Disappointing. Paid $60 for a "spa pedicure". I had to keep directing the girl doing the pedi to fully remove old polish, to cut my nails evenly, and ...to address my heels. Rubbing some lotion on my calves & wrapping them with saran wrap while giving haphazard attention to my feet does not make for a spa experience. Show more
What I asked for vs what I got l when I walked in I wasn't really welcomed the woman who did say "hi can I help you" is the one I thought would be doi...ng my nails but no the young lady who started on my feet looked to be 15-17 even with the face mask you could tell something was off as if she was a beginner I spent 2 1/2 hours in there the entire time she seemed so annoyed huffing/puffing the entire time (I just simply ignored her because after working long hrs at work all you want to do is get the best service & leave simple) not one time did she ask me if I like them because it's self explanatory mind you my bday is tomorrow "THEY WAS DONE 2 DAYS AGO" no I do not recommend this place I even went to k&c nails so they could see this they said it was wrong I went to another nail shop up the street & they laughed & said they are wrong I cried for an hour because why service someone this way $102 for absolutely nothing I don't even want to show my feet because it's so embarrassing thanks for nothing no I don't want a discount & any apologize coming my way from this place will gladly be declined.!! This salon is definitely one of the cleanest nail salons I have ever been to. I've gotten multiple dip manicures that last 3+ weeks. I also really lik...e how they do not use electrical files to remove dip but instead remove it manually. Although this takes a little longer it is way better for my nails. Show more
Mediocre pedicure at high end price. Paid $60 for a"spa" pedicure and left with the bottom of my feet and my heels still feeling rough. Not coming bac...k any time soon. Took 2 hours for sub par results. Show more

Nails were pretty! Liked the service. Just surprised I paid an additional $10 to remove my existing dip nails on top of the $55 to get no chip manicur...e with chrome powder design. That was a first for me. I just wish I knew beforehand, that's it Show more
