The clinician was "OK", compared to others whom I had experience with there. She did what had to be done, but nothing extra, like the others sometime...s do. She also went away for about five minutes during my treatment to take care of other customers who had come in - which I consider to be a negative. A few times she was a little rough, causing a bit of raw skin and stinging when she applied an alcohol-based(?) product to the area. But, all in all, I'd say that she was perhaps not great, but also not the worst clinician I've ever had.
