I’m currently in the area and instead of just walking into any shop I decided to take some time to look for a more specific personal option for my bro...w service. I made the decision to take the time to download this app created a profile to specifically book with this individual. Appointment was for 10:30am. I also decided to show my support on her social media platforms and follow as well. Waited patiently a few days until the day of my appointment. Just to receive a text message a little over half our as I was getting into my vehicle to head over to her address to make sure I arrived on time. I was about 25 min away. She figured she was properly informing me that she had to drop my appointment because her other job called her in. Absolutely not. Just as much as I respected your time and your business I expect that in return. Being in the beauty industry. Creating a reputation for yourself. I would have expected for you to have establish yourself properly. Dropping someone’s appointment for your other job is unacceptable. Maybe you should state that in big bold letters before anyone considers looking twice to book here. It’s a shame because you have beautiful work. But disrespecting people’s time is not an option. I would have understood if it was a personal emergency. BEWARE I do not recommend trusting to book here. I did not bother responding back. ABSOLUTELY NOT.  Show more
