I gave a 5 star review a year ago, so i have a right to leave a bad one. The haircuts started off very good then the quality just went down. Felt lik...e there was always a little problem here and there with the cuts. But i still paid $60 including at $15 tip. Even after a year, I kept having to repeat what my preference was. Always drove 25 minutes for the cut, and lately i been in the chair for 15 to 20 minute haircut with mistakes is just crazy. It’s my fault for being loyal and still tipping a lot. Last straw was getting a bald spot because it was rushed. Imagine being a customer that tipped well, never complained, on time and to receive terrible service. I should've stopped when he put a mildew smelling towel on my face.
