did a good job but does respect people's time ive never had someone do my hair and playing on their phone so much so just be prepared for that. what c...ould have been done in 3 hours was done in 6 because she kept playing on her phone and just chilling out and im not talking about taking calls. other than that she did a beautiful job with my hair just wish she would respect people's time.

My family showed up to the establishment on time. We were first advised that the appointment was at 10:30. We waited and when it was 1030 we were then... told to go to another address which we had to walk to after that we were advised that we would be let into the facilityand we still had to wait. We were then asked again to come back in an hour. This is extremely unprofessional. There was marijuana smoke all throughout the apartment and it was not displayed as if it would be a residence. I have on a very small time crunch in my family member who is not from here wanted a nice self-care experience. I am extremely disappointed in the experience that we held, and he is still resulted in no hair care service.

Admit that you went to the wrong address, because on the phone I told to your company that we don't do haircuts. I'm not a barber. The rest is your responsibility. If you're walking around with your patients, how is that my fault?! We didn't have an appointment. Why leave me a review for a service I don't provide? I already told you that. And you insist. At AFRONEAT, We only do BRAIDS and LOCS.
