This was the most uncomfortable experience! I was there for almost 3 hours getting a gel fill. i booked the wrong thing on the website for my appt but... i really expected the nail tech to be able to roll with the change. like people make mistake onloine booking. that was not the case. from the moment I walked in, she was so rude to me. not even a smile. I was being super chatty but could immediately sense she did NOT want to speak to me so I put my headphones in and shut up. I get people have shit days but when you are in the service industry you cant let it show like she did. I havent been consistent w my nails during the summer and they were VERY grown out. but all I wanted basically was a gel fill. usually takes an hour or hour and 15 at multiple other places I go to. the nail tech was so slow it was like she moving in molasses. she seemed very confused about how to even do my nails, two other techs had to come over multiple times to help her or to show what to do. I asked if one of them could do my nails and they said no. overall the experience was so uncomfortable, I felt like I was a nuisance just by being there. my nails look good, no better then any other salon but very nice. she didnt cut them down which I asked for but whatever. also the service was SO cheap $60 for a 3 hour service?? insane. Love coming here for my monthly pedicures, however I had a gel pedicure appointment for today. Process went smooth until one of the girls was cutting ...my nails. She cut one of my nails way too short, which is making it both painful and making me upset for spending money for a service that did not meet my expectations today. Instead of notifying me as soon as she cut it too short, she pretended like nothing happened and did not say anything :( Show more
