I'm extremely disappointed with Jose and his poor communication. I had an appointment scheduled directly through the app because he didn't answer my p...hone call. I wanted to let Jose know prior to us arriving that my son is autistic and explain how he reacts with haircuts. I wanted him to be comfortable and confident he can complete a haircut with suck a difficult client. He ignored the messages I sent about me being scheduled through the app after he said he didnt add me on the app. My son now has to go to school tomorrow without a haircut because I couldnt find anyone last minute. Jose had the nerve to even mark my appointment as "finished"! Shame on you! Show more
