Made an appointment for 11 am for Monday 6/3 on the app several days before and when I got there at the appointment time, the place was closed. Waite...d for 10 min. Even came back 30 min later. Nothing. Tried calling the day of the appointment and a day later, no answer. Door said by appointment on Monday, which is what I had, so not sure if this app is working properly to communicate with the store. So beware if you do. Show more

Did a good job on my hair cut it did look nice, he did cut me a bit with the clippers. About a week later I started getting lumps (about 4) on the bac...k side of my neck under my skin. Went to the doctor they told me it’s infected do to the recent use of clippers. Now I have to get needles poked in my neck to drain the cyst, I got from must of been unsanitary clippers. Show more
