As a regular customer, I'm incredibly disappointed with my recent visit. I had to wait a full 30 minutes (I had an appt) just to get my pedicure, whic...h already felt like a long time. To make matters worse, my manicure was rushed and ended up being done very poorly. The dots on my nails aren't even, and they don't match the photo I showed them. Given my loyalty, I expected much better quality and service. Save your money and go somewhere else – I definitely won't be returning. Show more

I only get standard manicures but m...ine came out, Isabel did such a great job, mine came out absolutely perfect and lasted for a very long time. The tools were opened right in front of me so everything is clean and sterile. I was so happy with my first experience here. I will definitely be back again. Show more

Nails look great. They accommodate me when I asked acrylic instead of gel. 3 stars because: The down side is that the nail tech filed away my skin aro...und nails: 4 of them started bleeding and others skin inflamed. That is not acceptable and very painful. Show more
