Poor Service and Unprofessional Experience This was my first visit to this barber shop, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I had a 10:00 AM appoin...tment on July 7th, 2025, and arrived promptly at 10:02 AM. However, there was already a customer receiving a haircut with no communication about the delay. I waited without any updates until 10:34 AM, when the Booksy app finally notified me that my appointment had been rescheduled to 10:50 AM. The previous customer's haircut took 50 minutes, while I received only 23 minutes of service (10:50-11:14 AM). During my haircut, the barber was interrupted by three phone calls, which was distracting and unprofessional. While he was technically able to cut hair, his lack of professionalism and poor time management made for a disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this establishment and am writing this review immediately after leaving the shop. Show more

This is the sixth time I believe that I’ve taken my son to this barbershop. Every time we go, the Barber named Carlos does a fantastic job on my son‘s... hair who is six years old. The way that he is so precise and a perfectionist when it comes to my son‘s haircut is amazing. He is also great at designs, all he needs is the picture!
