During my first appointment, I asked her to correct the shaping because it was visibility uneven. I was very polite about it, just asked her to reshap...e the nails because they were curved and not straight. I reached out for a fill in & she never accepted my appointment. So I reached out again and she asked me what time. She confirmed my appointment via email but the app said cancelled. When I reached out & asked to confirm & if there was an issue to let me know, she said she wouldn’t accept my appointments because I asked her to correct my shape during my first appointment. I was taken aback because I wasn’t rude about asking her to correct my shaping. Show more
