The service was worth the wait. The Location was easy to find, the shop was clean, and Cici was very knowledgeable of my hair needs. She was ready wh...en i arrived and was respecful of my time. In addition to getting the style i requested, she had a service special and a treat for Halloween during my visit. I highly recommend Cici . Show more
