The location faces L Street but the address is 621 Capitol. For those who haven't been to a Sola Salon they are a bunch of small individual business ...contained within one building. Torrance cut my hair and the price was right at $25 for a haircut and he is open everyday. He was able to fit me in last minute on Sunday and did a fantastic job of fading my hair and trimming the top. Nice guy and great barber! Show more
This is the best barbershop in Sacramento hands down! If you're ever in town, go see Torrence.
I took my grandson this morning to get a haircut. I called Torrence on Thursday to make an appointment on Saturday, he told me it was first come first... serve on Saturdays. I specifically asked what time he opened, he told me 9:30. I showed up at 9:05, there were. 2 Customers waiting already. One of the guys who were waiting called Torrence to ask what time he would be there, he told him he wouldnt be there until 10:30 or 11:30. That is such bad customer service, does he expect his customers to wait around for him? Without customers he wouldnt have a buisness. I wasted time and gas this morning. I wouldnt recommend using him. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I'm only giving him 1 star because rating is required to post a comment Show more
I called an spoke with Torrence Thursday Jan 30, he told me he opens at 930 on Saturdays and it was first come first serve. I got there before 930, be...fore it was opened, there were 3 patrons in waiting for him. One of the patrons called Torrence to ask what time he would be in, he was told that he wouldnt be there until 1030 or 1130. What kind of way is that to run a business, wasting people's time and gas? Sweet place, best I've seen to get a fade and in good time!
Can't say enough about this place. Location is great and I have never had a problem with parking. Most of the time, I plan ahead so I haven't experien...ced many long waits. The one time I did have to wait was no problem. My cuts are performed in a meticulous and thoughtful manner. As a woman who wears short hair it is very nice to leave feeling like I still have a softness to my look. I appreciate the conversation, the location and the chair! Show more
Being a woman who enjoys a short cut, I hadn't had any luck in the East Bay. Upon coming up to Sac for work, I dreaded another barber butchering my ha...ir until I found Torrance at Immaculate Cuts.
