Bohemian Knotless Jumbo XL (Bra Length)

So I been coming to this place for a while now, this would be my 3rd and I never had an issues. However, I asked for a certain style and got the comp...lete opposite of what I asked for. I showed a picture to the Braider. Yes my own hair in around my bra strap length, so she said it’s going to be a little pass that and that they were going to charge me 260-280 and I said no, I’m getting jumbo braids and I don’t want my hair that long. I told the lady, use all my bundles of hair because I wanted the curls to look full and they used one bundle and 1/3 of the second … a whole bundle still should have been used as my bottom braid BARELY have and curls in them but opened a whole new braiding pack (6 pack) and didn’t finish using the 2 braiding hair pack that I gave them (3 pack). The braids have piece sticking out. The length I got when I stood up was butt length vs bra length. I was so mad because I didn’t even get what I asked for and you didn’t even use all the bundles that I brought after I asked to use them all and I wasn’t budging on only paying 200 which I think I shouldn’t have. Here is the picture I asked for vs what I got. If I wanted butt length braids I would have booked for that! Show more

As previously explained, using an extra bundle incurs an additional $20 charge due to the extra fullness and time required. The initial price of $200 covers only one bundle for the length and size you requested. However, your hair turned out longer than the style you requested, almost reaching the lower back, which would normally cost $240 .We charge you the initial $200 based on your original request. First time there, Paulette did my daughter’s hair. She does great work and my daughter loves it! We got there right at 8 and my daughter was seated so...on after. Would be 5 stars but I assumed they had all hair for styles they say they do. My daughter wanted passion twists since they didn’t have the hair I ended up paying over $100 more for a different style than I wanted too.
