Firstly, Pauline was amazing!-) Everything went well. It was a nice apartment environment. I appreciated the fact that Pauline texted me before to ask... me what I was going to be getting. Then, she promptly answered the phone when I arrived. I will say that if you have a big vehicle like me you may find parking there difficult. want to park Spaces are limited. She actually charged less than what I was expecting! Exceptional Service!-) The Braider ( I didn’t caught her name ) did such a great job. This was my son’s first time and he was so impressed. I will absolutely be back. We later went to his regular barber and got him a fade. He is happy with the results and I am too.

The braids looked nice but the ends of my braids were unfinished , actually all of them. She run out of extensions while getting my hair done . She ha...d to leave the house to the beauty supply to get more supply . We lost an hour. But , she charged me $260 for my braids at the end. It looks nice I appreciate but I do not think I will come back .

I wish I could give a better rating, truly, but getting this done was incredible painful and uncomfortable. I understand it’s supposed to be somewhat ...tight to last longer, but the lady doing my hair was very rough handling it and kept pulling it. They also said 180 but somehow it went up to 280, and then they took pictures that I very clearly said I didn’t want to do. Please learn to check in with your customers and value their consent above all else. Edit: Apparently I’m not the only one who’s gotten extremely tight faux locs and had their scalp pulled repeatedly here. I’m definitely not ever returning. Save your hair the damage and possible alopecia and go get your locs done somewhere else.
