Worst experience ever. Alex was late every time we scheduled with him. This last time he didn’t even tell us he was going to be late. When he final...ly got to work to cut my son’s hair. He spoke in Spanish to his coworkers about how impatient I was and what a horrible bleach job my son had. First off you shouldn’t assume people don’t know Spanish! 2nd the kids hair is bleached by the summer sun. This kid was so rude and Inconsiderate. Show more
