Scheduled a Sunday appointment for my husband the day previous and unfortunately had a family emergency come up that morning therefor my husband wasn’...t able to make it to the appointment and I tried calling all day long from open-close to get the appointment rescheduled or at least canceled and not a single number I found for the location was answered. I’ve been calling for days with the same results. Horrible customer service. It’s now to the point I have to go in person to be able to talk to anyone about the situation. Show more

As far as cancellations go, if you read the description when booking the appointment it states that same day cancellations are nonrefundable, due to limited time slots.
