I had a unexpected situation happen and unfortunately was not able to make your appointment. I was very apologetic and even issued a refund on your deposit. Unfortunately, things happen to people and it was a situation I had no control over. I’m sorry for your frustration. And we could have rescheduled etc I am a single mother with this business and I don’t think you understand how even just one review isn’t a good reflection and can hurt. So once again, I’m sorry I couldn’t make your appointment and you got late notice. Hopefully at some point in the future, you decide to book with me again.
