I'm only putting one star cuz it won't let you put zero. he changed my whole haircut without me asking after I told him exactly what I wanted. I'm ver...y unsatisfied I will not be returning to the shop. This guy says for the free haircut I would have paid if you did what I asked for the first place.plenty of good barbers in Louisville won't be hard to find another one. Show more

Sorry you wasn’t pleased with your free haircut. I’ve cut you over a dozen time and never had a problem. Your haircut may not be exactly how you claim you wanted it but the cut is clean by all means. I’m going behind different barbers work because of your chair hopping. You have options. I hope you find a barber that you can trust. Maybe Great Clips is better for your style. God bless 🙏🏽
