As a mom of 3 girls it is a lot to keep up with all of my daughter’s hair. I decided to look for a shop to give myself a break. I found Joanne and boo...ked her for my two youngest daughters. She did such an amazing job! She even checked in with each of them throughout the process to make sure it wasn’t too tight. Both of my daughters absolutely love their hair! I’ll definitely be returning to Joanne! Her shop is not only clean but beautifully maintained, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Joanne made me fe...el comfortable the entire time – we chatted, watched TV together, and she even offered me snacks. In addition to my hair, I also got my eyelashes done, and when I finally got out of her chair, I felt brand new! I truly appreciated how patient and attentive she was, taking her time to make sure every detail was perfect (wig install)!! Highly recommend! Show more

I took my 3 years old daughter to Joanne and not only was she patient w...ith her, but also did an awesome job braiding her hair. My daughter has received so many compliments and its only been a day. Bad attitude/temper for simple misunderstanding due to her not being able to take the time to understand, resolve, or complete a particular service. ...I drove from Charlotte N.C was looking forward to a good service and would have tipped well but only to receive incomplete service from an ill mannered person. I would not recommend due to her attitude which is very bad especially since she is unable to control emotions.. mental health is important to be aware of especially working in a client driven industry! It was baffling with such an encounter but thank God in all things because it saved me further waste of time and trouble dealing with such an individual. Money isn’t everything but personality & respect goes a long way FYI! By the way if you’re looking for a shop photos are deceiving it’s in her garage which she converted into a makeshift “shop” with her kids coming inside often very disruptive which I wish I knew prior to booking. I booked with Joanne for a Silk Wrap to. My appointment was at 3:45. I got there about 25 minutes early and she was ready to start on me. She is very ...professional and very fast. Her establishment is clean and cute. My hair turned out great and she got these roots pressed. She even did a steam treatment on my hair. I was so relaxed while she was doing my hair that I was ready for a nap afterwards! I also take my 13 yr old son to her so that she can corn row or box braid his hair. Joanne does excellent work and she does not over book her clients. THANK YOU JOANNE!! Show more
