I’m not the type to leave reviews but this experience was horrible. By reading other reviews I was expecting someone who put there care in the work th...ere given there customer but that was not the case the building had no ac, the braider seemed in a rush and the braids came out uneven and just flat out trash. I let it be know before hand I would need my hair blown out the braids just got done and look as if I had them in for a week If your on a budget and need something quick this is the spot for you otherwise not it Show more

Good afternoon and thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our service. Our building always has A/C on . Concerning the braids when you left the braider asked you if you are ok and you replied yes. The quality of the braids depends of your hair' s quality too . You took your hair Down since a couple of months as you said when the braider asked you when you took your braids Down and then you didn't take care of your hair .Even blow out your hair was impossible because your hair was too tangle and the braider did her best to satisfy you . You left with the impression that you was satisfied, so we are sorry if you just seem satisfied when you left .
