The first time I came here, I had an amazing service done by a woman named Beatriz. She gave excellent service and really took her time, which I appre...ciated. The only downside then was that even though I booked through Booksy for 1:00 p.m. and arrived around 12:50 out of respect, I wasn’t actually seen until 1:20. I brushed it off, since I understand quality work can take extra time. Today, however, was a different experience. I again booked through the app for 1:00 p.m. and arrived early. Twenty minutes passed, then an hour, and still no service. There was no staff or reception to update me, and while I was waiting, I noticed that other clients were being seen by other barbers. What really disappointed me was that I had the appointment set again with Beatriz, but at 1:40 (forty minutes past my scheduled time), she went straight to another person—who seemed to be a regular client—saying, “I’ll see YOU shortly,” with no acknowledgment of me or my appointment. I came here hoping for the same great service as the first time, but instead felt completely overlooked and disregarded as a client. Show more
