I’m not the best at giving instructions, but with Oz asking me throughout the cut what was OK and what wasn’t, I knew he was taking his time and givin...g me exactly what I wanted. After conversations throughout the whole hair cut, when it was all done, it looked like he knew exactly what to do and as if he has been cutting my hair for a while.
