I had a very bad experience. The guy didn’t touch my cuticles and kept repainting and removing the polish multiple times until I was late for my next ...appointment. I had to leave with my nails looking terrible, and he still charged me $41. The owner later called to offer fixing it but never offered my money back. Why would I go back if I didn’t like the service, especially when I had a wedding the next day and no time to return? A refund would have been the fair solution so I could go somewhere else.
