True definition of a professional barber and not someone who just cuts hair. Before I even received my haircut, Se7en displayed great customer service... skills. I booked him because I was flying into Dallas for a few days. With my flight being delayed Se7en arranged to come in on his day off just to cut my hair. Once I got in the chair, the conversation and hospitality was top tier. And last but not least the haircut put me back in that mode. Greatly appreciate you Se7en not only a great barber but a stand up guy. Will be booking with you again on my next trip to Dallas! Show more

I booked an appointment that was confirmed by seven. When i walked in he was sleeping in the chair. Another customer came in and the other barbers wak...e him and see if he can take a walk in. He takes the walk in , then realize i was his appointment and tells me that he will be with me shortly. He starts to cut his hair and i leave. Totally unprofessional and a waste of my time. Show more
