Due to scheduling errors on the app Vincent regrettably missed our scheduled appointment we had prior but as soon as finding this out he called me up ...and offered to amend the mishap and offered to cut me next time for free of charge…after accepting this generous offer me and my son proceeded back to the shop a few weeks later for our cuts…And all I have to say is I’m definitely glad I gave him another chance and he has definitely gained 2 new clients 👌🏽🤝🏽 Show more

First of all, I think you booked with me and went to a different Barber in my shop because I've herd that same complaint about another Barber in my shop. I’ve been cutting for 7 years and I’ve never ever been aggressive with my clippers or push someone’s taper back. I have full consultations with my clients before I even turn on my clippers, So Mr. Yeabsria Sherrill I’m very sorry for your bad experience at Carters Way Barbershop.
