I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely frustrating. The barber was extremely loud throughout the appointment, which... made the environment uncomfortable. When I politely asked if he could fade down my beard—a quick adjustment that would have taken maybe 15 seconds—he refused, saying it was “not in his time.” For a service that relies on professionalism and customer care, this attitude was really surprising. The haircut itself was fine, but the lack of courtesy and unwillingness to do a simple request means I won’t be returning. Businesses should value customers, not make them feel like an inconvenience.
