Came in as a new customer, left as a new client! 😉 From start to finish Adore made me as comfortable as possible. Great customer service, she’s atte...ntive and knows her job! I’m well pleased… I’m new to this salon so there are things I’ll have to get use to…No major issues just things I didn’t know…. I wasn’t aware of the $15 charge for French tips….Which is something I could’ve done without because I’m SIMPLE! Full colored nails are totally fine…I did see later it was on the site so that’s my fault! Another thing, I didn’t know I would be charged to use my card at checkout… Because of the extra fees I wasn’t able to tip as anticipated…. Overall I enjoyed the experience and will be returning! She has a very pleasant and welcoming personality; she was very attentive to her profession as well as me as her customer.
