I clearly asked for bangs multiple times and was not given bangs. Now I have hair that is constantly too long and in my eyes and will be cutting it my...self tomorrow. I told them i wanted my hair darker with a aurburn accent, but they made it lighter and more red. I don't feel I got proper layers or angles the cut seems very flat like a bob almost. I'm also confused by the price, I was quoted $112 when i booked online for haircut and color and was charged $200 in the store, very deceptive marketing. Will probably not be back. On a positive the staff was very nice and friendly though. but they gave me compliments even though they could tell I was not happy, felt very manipulative. Show more
