Owners are the sweetest people on earth!
Made an online appointment. Now, I'd assume if their website is taking appointments and down payments, the location would be open, but it was not. I h...ope to get my money back, but I don't recommend a location that doesn't bother to tell you when it's closed or turn off it's online appointment tracker when they're closed. Show more

A great way to feel better
Unfortunately my experience was not the best. I ended up with a blood clot and in the hospital. The staff was super kind during my visit, however whil...e looking for my vein they seemed super apprehensive not feeling confident inserting the IV. Finally they had inserted the IV, I expressed after the IV was in that my arm was hurting, they brushed it off saying my arm was bent. I had the IV about a month ago, still have the clot, it will be there 3-6 months. I’m bummed that I went to feel better and ended off feeling worse! I have called to talk to management or owner and still haven’t heard back. Show more
I couldn't have asked for a better IV experience. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable. This was my first visit and it definitely will NOT be my la...st! Relaxing experience, and atmosphere. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process! Amazing service! Show more

I've been here two or three times on walk-in and couldn't be more grateful they're here. I suffer from chronic migraines that make me nauseated so I c...an get dehydrated & nutrient deficient when I've been going thru it for days or weeks on end. I've gone to urgent care for this before, but they get really weird like you're looking for a cheap high. Plus the bright lights & long check in process can be hard to deal with. The folks at Curewell are super compassionate & know exactly how to help. Within about 15 minutes my migraine breaks every time, in a cozy room, with friendly staff & whatever is needed to be comfortable. Dim lights, cold water, tea, a nap if you need it, and no ridiculous long wait for relief. Show more
