I apologize for the misunderstanding. Every barber charges different prices, that's why it says that cuts start at 35. Cuts are 35 + as it says on the price list. Eddie's cuts start at 40 you tipped 5, so that makes 45. Eddie also posted on all over his social media, sent emails and text message to all clients about his prices increase about 2 months ago now. Again I apologize for the misunderstanding.
