The owner of this place is very unprofessional! My daughter made an appointment for both of us at 5pm but never told the stylists or wrote it down. ...We get there at 5, had to wait til 5:30. My daughter gets her hair washed when a regular comes in and he makes the stylists take her first. The regular also had an appointment but he didn't write it down. We walked out an hour and a half later. My daughter's hair was wet. Show more

Stay away from Chalet Unisex Salon! I had Groupon and called ahead to schedule an appointment for me and my daughter. I spoke to the owner and he said..., we can come on 8-18-23 and salon was not busy. To park was a challenge because they only have street parking, so we had to walk a few blocks just to get there. No customer at all when we entered. The two lady stylists were busy chatting with each other. I showed them my Groupon and they looked rude. The lady said, “How much did you pay? We cannot accept that because we only accept worth $30 for a haircut?” I told them, “I spoke to the owner to schedule an appointment” They said, “Well the owner is not here, so we cannot accept your Groupon”. I was so upset and walked away! I called again the owner on the phone. He said, “I’m on vacation in Florida now, can you just come back on Thursday? ”. He made us drive all the way to the salon because we wanted to try and support this local business. I requested a refund in Groupon! What a waste of time! No wonder the place was empty! Me and my daughter ended up going to a nearby salon, where we got good service. Base from our own experience, save your time, money and effort and stay away from Chalet Unisex Salon! Show more

Everytime I visit here, I'm never disappointed especially if I deal with Younes. He always know exactly what to do with my hair.

Previously I was under the impression they were closed. That's incorrect. I had my eyebrows treaded and I was very happy with that.
