Had an appointment at 11:30. Got there 10 minutes early but had to wait until 11:45 due to him being busy with another person. When I approached him a...fter he was done he was already going to sit another person down before I mentioned I had an appointment. Asked for a fade with a trim on top but just used a clip to shave the sides and top got no fade at all. Spent too much time talking to the other barbers while doing the haircut. I think he spent about 15-20 minutes on the haircut since he also stepped out somewhere for a couple of minutes. Haircut is more inline with a $20 haircut instead of 35
