worst massage I've ever had. I scheduled for 1 hour reflexology and then a second appointment for a 1 hour sweedish massage. the woman did not believe... i actually had an appointment when I showed up. I showed her my email and confirmed it was for reflexology and then another for my massage. she interrupts and says "yes, see". then leads me back to a room. I did not receive any reflexology and minimal massage. she proceeded to walk on my back for over an hour when I had voiced twice "that is enough" because the pain was significant and not at all relaxing. but she continued. she was not a small woman. then she removed the sheet and actually got some oil and aggressively dug her knuckles into my neck or just open hand rubbed up and down my back for tye remainder of the time. I left in more pain than I came in. and actually had to go elsewhere the next day just to help unkind my neck and soothe the tight painful areas caused by all of the walking on me that she had done. needless to say, I will never return to this place again. I only came back because the 1st time I had been in there, I received an amazing reflexology appointment. but this was far from that.

It was a great experience! I came here with my mom for Mother's Day, and the ladies were very kind. The room was dim with nice music, and the massage ...left us both very relaxed!

Easy to book. I booked for a certain time due to a meeting. My meeting ended early and called to see if they could see me sooner. (roughly 30 mins ear...lier) They were able to get me in. I got a 2 hour session. I left feeling amazing. The lady who was doing my massage had perfect pressure and she was consistent throughout. I will be a constant customer for sure. Facility was clean and very relaxing. Love Blue Sky Thai Kapolei!
