I try supporting small businesses and sometimes things just don’t work out quite right as planned,I had an appointment Sunday at 130 PM and late Satur...day evening It was canceled for no reason,I tried calling and I texted the contact number. No one replied. I received a notification yesterday (Monday) that I had an appointment today at 5:30 pm which I don’t know why I would have one when my original appointment was scheduled for Sunday. Communication is key to everything, I hope that this business does well if God’s Will I just wish things could have been handled better.

Our team did attempt to accommodate your request by offering a discount for you to come into the spa, as we are not able to provide in-home services especially after multiple late-night calls, texts, and changes to the original appointment request. When any situation makes our staff feel uncomfortable or unsafe, we reserve the right to decline service. We truly value our clients and wish you the best.
