This was our first experience working with her, and I was so grateful for her attentiveness and support, especially given my mom's situation as a memory care resident. Deah went above and beyond by collaborating with my mother's hairstylist back home to ensure we got just the right color for her hair. It was heartwarming to see how invested she was in making my mom feel beautiful and comfortable. On my mother's 83rd birthday, Deah made the experience extra special, and her caring nature truly shone through.
