So many nice things to say! The salon was in a convenient location. Very easy to find. I appreciate the variety of appointment options! I made a 6am a...ppointment and was able to be seen at 5:30! The staff is very friendly, kind and complimentary. Ms. Jordan was very professional and personable. We discussed my hair goals and plan for this appointment. She gave me great tips on maintaining my style and a long term plan for growth. She took her time and focused on my session. I left feeling like I have found my new go to spot! I went in this establishment because my sister had went and her hair was pretty. We had good conversation and I thought everything was cool. I told he...r I wanted my hair like my sisters hair. She said ok. I came out of there with a roller set from back in the day. I could have done my own hair. The cut itself is fine but my hair was not what I asked for. I went home and washed it out. A total waste of money. I believe she over booked and was rushing trying to get people in and out.I will not be going back and I will not recommend any one go to Carla Jordan for hair care services.. I walked in my house my daughter looked at me and said “Mama you asked them to do that”.. I was so shame! Show more
