I did not leave her shop feeling good! I booked this appointment because I was trying to decide if I wanted to cut my hair, get a quick weave due to s...evere damage to my hair. Initially, I asked her to do a consultation and she told me I did not need to get a consultation and so I was going back-and-forth through text message with her about what I should do. I finally decided to do a quick weave because I wasn’t ready to cut it off. Instead of being a heir professional and advisor she was a negative, insulting, rough handed Nancy. I had several issues starting from my arrival 1. I had to wait almost an hour once I got there for a scheduled appointment. 2. Once in the seat, she said negative things about my hair as if I did not already know my hair was damaged . instead of giving advice for what I should do, and how I should care for it. 3. “She said this weave is bad for your hair. I wouldn’t have done this with your hair status.” I was upset with that statement because I asked for a consultation and we could’ve figured that out if she would have agreed initially. 4. She Was not welcoming during her session she was quiet, talking to the other client, and sloooww! 5. Also, I sent her a video and a picture of the style I wanted and she didn’t do it! She cut it how she way most comfortable for her, she cut off way too much hair. She was scissor happy and I knew I wasn’t getting the style I asked for. 6. Then I asked her about my edges and if the product she was using would add tension to my edges and possibly pull them out and she said “ I should’ve thought about that before they started falling out” as if it was my fault my edges were thinning. 7. She was not professional and did not make me feel comfortable, and I have a lot of regret after going to see her and I truly do believe my hair is gonna be in an even worse condition when I do take this hair out. 8. Posting this review gives me anxiety and just thinking about the way that she treated me makes me very frustrated and also gives me anxiety! 9. I will not be returning! Show more
