*This photo is taken a week later, so I'm not complaining about the gap where it is grown out. I was on vacation for a week so I didn't have time to w...rite a review. * These are my thumbs on each hand... Two different shapes - they were supposed to be coffin on all nails. Pinky nail has fallen off already within a week (stefhany who did my nails was having issues with the glue). Aside from the nails not lasting, the experience was the worst I've ever had in a salon because I was made to feel unwelcomed. Stefhany and her other friend in the salon talked about me in Spanish to the point that I eventually had to let them know that I do speak a little Spanish. They also MOCKED another CUSTOMER who did a manicure there, in front of me. They mocked the way that young man left and said "have a good night ladies" . The gentleman was of the same race as me. The salon workers were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The only woman in that salon who was not rude was the one who did my pedicure and I'm not sorry that I do not know her name (she's the shorter lady - very professional and nice to me). There is so much that I can say about how unprofessional they were especially Stefhany. She cut deep beyond my cuticles the first 3 nails that she started to prep. After the 3rd nail started to bleed heavily (and I had to request a cotton ball because nothing was done, not even a "sorry"), I asked her not to cut my cuticles. I'm not risking an infection. I usually get my cuticles cut at salons without any issue but I will not willingly let her butcher all my fingers. Maybe the good reviews are from people who are not of my race. I still gave a 20%tip because of the lady who did my pedicure. Stefhany needs a lesson on professionalism and technique. If the owner of this salon wants to discuss this with me, please reach out. I'll be glad to explain more in detail and I honestly would not mind speaking to those 2 ladies with the owner around to explain to them how their rudeness affects customers, especially when people look forward to a visit to the salon and should not be mistreated. I'm a professional myself, I'm a law student. I have a stressful life and look forward to salon visits and this was just a disappointment. Show more
