Mahalo Korey for the haircut! I normally go to another barber at the shop but the other was booked out for another 2 weeks. Although, he was a few min...utes late he gave me a courtesy text letting me know where he was. After getting into the seat, he made the environment calming. Vibed out to some Teddy Swims and I feel like I got to know who Korey was as a person. Down to earth guy and a great barber/hairstylist for all types of hair. Show more

Waited an hour kind of at my fault because I live pretty far out in nahiku so about 2 hours out, and I didn’t wanna risk just coming on time or being ...slightly late because they had sent a couple reminders about a $20 late fee so I had got there at 930a by misjudging morning traffic but I don’t mind being early my appointment was just at 10a, the problem was I finally got sat down at 10:25a (when my appointment was supposed to end) just to get denied service by Korey, who used to always cut my hair, he was even my barber for my graduation and I followed him from when he was at supercuts to here because I genuinely liked how he cut my hair. I don’t know though, I partly think he denied me because HE was behind on time so much, but all he said was he couldn’t do the haircut, but he’s done similar haircuts on me for a long time and what kind of barber at a place like this are you if you can’t do the haircut you’ve done on me before, like I said I literally followed his career on Maui from Supercuts. This is a great company but service today was pretty terrible, just sent me back on my way home for another 2 hour drive all in all wasting 5 hours of my day for nothing a 4 hour round trip drive and having me sit through my appointment time for nothing, if I knew I wasn’t gonna get cut I would’ve just left or not even come to kahului today and mind you there was no type of sorry for waiting so long either, or there can be a discount next time, just told me to reschedule with someone else. EDIT: I found an email from them mentioning “Our time is valuable too :)” So what about my time? you guys didn’t even have an open seat during my appointment block like what, you guys wasted 5 hours of my day, took me in late, and told me to reschedule.
