So, i pull up to my haircut appointment set at 10:45am accepted by Bryan. I walk in and turns out he is NOT at work yet. So, i waited until 11am and h...e still hasn't show up to work. I decided to walk out the door to my car and grab a sip of my drink, i sat in my car for about 15 minutes. At this time, it's been 30 minutes waiting for Bryan to show up for our haircut appointment. Tru my rear view mirror i see him walk in, so i get out of my car, close the door and im literally 30 seconds behind Bryan. I walk inside and he has someone else sitting at his chair at his station. I tell him hey i been waiting for you 35 minutes for my appointment at 10:45am . He has the nerve to ask me to wait and that i would be next on e he was done with a person that wasn't even there when i initially walked in at 10:45am. Needless to say, i walked off and left, thinking it was messed up. NOT only did i waited over half and hour cause he decided to NOT care and respect the fact that he had a costumer with an appointment mad3 at 10:45am and him been late just cause he is the owner and he thinks he can do and show up whenever he wants and make his costumers wait for him.... Dude, You're NOT the only barbershop in town. Im pretty sure someone else would like to cut my hair and ear my business. Some professional you are!!! Show more
