It really sucks to say but I wasn’t fully satisfied with my treatment. I was informed she worked fast and her work was well, so I was excited. I did f...inish my appointment within 3 hours which wasn’t bad for the length and size I got of braids. The following day I realized that my middle part wasn’t in the middle. It was off to the side some. My braids weren’t braided all the way down, causing them to unravel. And my hair is sticking out of some of the braids like the work is old. I tried to contact her the following day through text (and got no response). I also called her because I figured she may be busy, but still haven’t gotten a response. Now during my appointment, I wasn’t facing the mirror and I should’ve asked to be turned that way so I could watch while it was being done rather than afterwards. Her attitude wasn’t bad though. She was really friendly and even gave me her music playlist. I just think because she may have had plans after my appointment, she rushed my hair. I accidentally left my phone at a store overnight(a mistake that happened) . I wasn't able to confirm any appt . My phone was powered off so it went to voicemail. I’ve never not showed up to an appointment .
