My daughter had an appointment 08/23 for back to school 08/26, Cassandra cancelled her appointment. I text Cassandra asking if this was a true cancell...ation, ( no response ) I understand life happens and emergencies occur, next morning I sent another text requesting for my deposit back/ requesting it on cash app as well ( no response ) the principle and right thing to do is to return a customers deposit since the appointment was canceled by the stylist.
