My original appointment time was pushed back 15 minutes two days before, I was fine with this. Day of appointment I arrived 5-6 minutes early and ther...e was someone else in the chair, I was okay with this at first. But we waited about 25 minutes! Before I just canceled the appointment and left, the other person was still in his chair. It was as if the barber didn’t even know he had people scheduled or what time they were scheduled for. If he did then he definitely didn’t communicate with me or give me any reassurance that he would be right with us and was running behind. I was disappointed for this to be my very first appointment and because I referred to this barber by someone who spoke very highly of him. Show more

You have to make yourself known when you walk in I'm pretty sure I greeted you but for a person I've never met you'd then now tell me that you are here for me not only do I not know who you are i don't know you are my appointmentown if I greet you and you don’t say anything about booking on the app at that time I was a brand new user to the app and it not only allowede people to book last minute which is a policy that I don’t go by if you don’t book two days prior you’re a walk-in client so in regards to that. And that client probably booked through text prior to me getting the app which I only got at the beginningh of this month so I do apologize for that inconvenience but next time make sure to let me know you are there for me
