No showed on me last time. This time I got the time wrong, but I was still only 10 minutes late. Was told he was booked all day and tried to pawn me ...off to other barbers. Also, you can see his response below, but what he fails to mention is that the time before this, he didnt even show up to my appointment. I sat there and waited on him. Unfortunately, the first client of the day not showing up until 15 minutes after their 30 minute slot (with no heads up), pushes the next 12+ clients back. Out of respect for my clients time that’s not how I do business. A little communication goes a long way! Thanks for your feedback!
