I've actually been coming here for about 3 years now, having my haircut done by Daniel, For the most part, I've usually have had no problems, and my h...aircut has been almost always perfect. But for the last few times now that I've gotten a haircut by Daniel, my set appointment time would be delayed for about 30 to 40 minutes, and this last haircut got delayed a whole hour. I don't know if I was overbooked or not, or he was having a late lunch, which I saw him eating food while still trying to cut the person's hair he was doing at that moment. But I basically didn't get an explanation about it. After ALL of that though, I still decided to get my haircut by Daniel. When it was finally my turn, while cutting my hair, he was being very rough with the clippers onto my skin, to the point where I felt hair being pulled at times. Also, while still cutting my hair, Daniel would then just leave me to be and go to the break room, where I can only assume he was still trying to finish up his lunch that I saw him eating earlier when I got there. After Daniel was done with my haircut, I would asked Daniel to brush out my hair (because it's very long) with my personal brush that I brought. But man.... I regret doing that. Because instead of wetting my hair, where I'm sure there would be some tugging because I do have thick hair... but instead, Daniel would proceed to brush my dry hair and I would feel him RIPPING CHUNKS OF MY HAIR OUT!!!! and yea, that shit f**king hurt as ALL hell. But he just kept on doing it until I finally told him to stop. But he didn't even acknowledge my pain. But he had to know I was in pain after all that. Especially with all the tugging and pulling he was doing to my hair. But what really disappoints me about this last haircut, and most likely be my very last haircut here, is that I just felt like Daniel hasn't care about doing my haircuts lately, and this last haircut he did really felt like he didn't care AT ALL. It all just felt so rushed and whatever. So, I don't know if the passion isn't there anymore, or it was just pure laziness. Even when my set appointments were being push back from time to time, I guess I was just being too nice about it. Because I keep on coming back. But yea.... this was a REALLY rough haircut, and I guess we'll see if I do decide to come back or not. Show more
