First time at this barber shop. Appointment was for 2:15pm, showed up early. Someone else walked in after me and went ahead of me at the time of my ap...pointment. The barber told me to be patient there’s some type of problems going on, strange experience for my first time. My appointment started over 30 minutes late and did not get the beard color service I booked because of how late it had become. The experience got better during the haircut, I enjoyed the haircut, the beard trim, but when it came to the last part, the shave on the neck below the beard, the barber used quick machine grinding it back & forth instead of using a razor. This was not a clean shave, there was still little hairs still on my neck when he was done. Also have irritation & bumps all over my neck even 12 hours after and this will probably cause ingrown hairs later. I don’t know how a professional barber would leave patches of hair on my neck like this. When I asked him to use the razor blade to shave the rest of the small hairs on my neck, there was already someone else sitting in the barber seat I was in, like they were in a rush and already done with me. I understand there’s problems sometimes and you ask for patience I will respect that, but when you are rushing to finish with me with a quick & bad shave on my first time, is not respectful to me as the customer. I still said thank you & tipped $20. Show more
