Jarrison used to be my barber for an about a year. Although he has always done a good job, there has been 3 or 4 occasions when I book an appointment ...with him, he confirms it but when I get to the barbershop on time, he is not there. He has always had an excuse like traffic or errand he forgot to do. Last time I booked with him, he wasn’t at the barbershop. Got there 10 mins early. I texted him at my appointment time asking him where he was at and that I’m at the barbershop. Like always he had an excuse and said he was on his way. 30 mins has passed my appointment time, still hasn’t arrived, so I got up and left. I didn’t feel valued as a customer and like a waste of time being there. I think it’s very unprofessional to not be at your place of work and leave your customers unattended. WOULD NOT BOOK AGAIN!!!
